The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscription Terms") apply when you subscribe to a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you consent to these Subscription Terms.
Use of the subscription service are also subject to the Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. All capitalized terms in these Subscription Terms have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms of Service, except as otherwise noted.
Please read the Subscription Terms carefully. If you do not agree with or accept any part of these Subscription Terms, you should not sign up for a Subscription.
I. SUBSCRIPTION
We provide both premium and free versions of our service. The premium version, which requires a subscription fee, is powered by GPT-4o. It includes features such as AI image generator, unlimited questions and answers, expanded word limit, ad-free experience, and more detailed responses.
The free version utilizes GPT-4o mini and includes Essential AI image generator. It offers a limited number of questions and delivers simple and concise answers.
You can pay for your subscription via the third-party payment platforms; the payment is processed with your payment platform account. Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you have chosen.

II. RENEWAL and CANCELLATION
• Payment will be charged to your third-party payment account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's third-party payment Account Settings.
• You can cancel the subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your third-party payment Customer Portal. The link to access these settings will be provided in the activation email when your subscription is confirmed.
• Subscription fees of your current billing period are non-refundable. Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.
• To avoid being charged for the next period, cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.
• Please note that deleting the service does not cancel your subscriptions.
• These terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.
III. REFUND
• Refund
If you have any questions or concerns (including but not limited to questions or concerns regarding products, product orders and refunds), please contact the third-party payment platforms directly with regards to the applicable refund policy and process.
• Contact Us to Request a Refund
If you are not satisfied with the Product and meet the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy, you may request a refund by emailing us. Your request must include the following information: your name, user ID, contact email, transaction history, and a brief description of the refund request.
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
1) Weekly Subscription Plans: service purchased on a weekly subscription plan is non-refundable.
2) Yearly Subscription Plans: Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase;
3) All refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the applicable subscription period.
4) At the time of requesting a refund, only users who have sent fewer than ten (10) message requests, either within a single chat or across multiple chats, are eligible for a refund.
Given the significant server resources and costs involved in operating the AI models that support our services, we are unable to offer refunds to users who exceed the "active usage" threshold. Active usage is defined as sending more than ten (10) message requests through our product, whether in a single chat or across multiple chats. Any user exceeding this activity threshold is not eligible for a refund. Conversely, users who have sent fewer than ten (10) message requests may qualify for a refund, provided their request is submitted on time.
If the conditions set out in this Refund Policy are not met, all payments made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, if an alternative refund option is offered at checkout, you will not be eligible for a refund under this Refund Policy.
Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the user. The refund fee policy is subject to the terms set by the third-party payment platform.
We reserve full discretion to approve or deny any refund requests.
• For EAA and UK
If you are a resident of the EU and UK, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, whether for a weekly or yearly subscription. However, if you have accessed or used our service during this 14-day period, you may lose your right to withdraw, as the service is considered to have been fully provided.
To exercise your right, you must notify us within 14 days. You can either contact the third-party payment platform directly to inquire about their refund policy and process, or you can email us your refund request, which should include the details outlined in the above section. Be sure to reference the applicable laws of your region in your request to help us process it promptly.
If there are any issues with your account, such as payment discrepancies or non-compliance with refund conditions, our customer support team may ask for additional documentation to verify and process your request. Our refund process fully complies with local regulations, ensuring that, if eligible, you will receive a refund in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the user. The refund fee policy is subject to the terms set by the third-party payment platform.
IV.CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES
If, at any time, you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment of applicable subscription fees in your account, we may disable or terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion for the breach of your payment obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including providing relevant financial institutions with information to demonstrate that the payment was authorized by the user responsible for the charge.
V.CHANGES TO THIS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time. If you continue to access or use our services after the revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to all or part of the new terms, please cease using the website and services.
